The guest has the inescapable obligation to register by personally filling out the registration card or sheet established by this negotiation or by registering in the guest registration book. When guests are a pre-booked group, your representative will fill out registration cards or provide eligibility lists. The company will deny accommodation to the guest who does not meet this requirement and is empowered to demand, if it deems appropriate, the identification of the applicant and of the people who accompany them in the accommodation.

The guest, in accordance with the company, will specify in the registration card the number of days that he will be staying at the hotel. It is considered as a unit of time in the accommodation contract, so the check-in time will be at 2:00 p.m. p.m. and the time to vacate the room will be at 10:00 a.m., with the guest having a tolerance of 60 minutes from the time of departure. It will be understood as completed on the first day of accommodation, within the indicated hours or when the occupation of the room takes effect before six in the morning. When the duration of the accommodation has not been set on the registration card, the contracted accommodation will be extended for a single day and stays for a longer time are considered implicit and voluntary extensions, of twenty-four hours each time, and the hotelier may terminate the accommodation. at any time, prior notice to the guest. In the cases of accommodation agreed for a longer period, the previous rule will be applicable at the end of the contracted time.

The guest is strictly prohibited:

  1. Generating loud and annoying noises, causing altercations in a state of lucidity or ingesting alcohol, placing paintings, images or other similar items through inlays on the wall that deteriorate any hotel facility, lighting a fire, maintaining or introducing chemical, toxic or other substances that can be easily decomposed and that for this reason can be intoxicated or cause inconvenience to other hotel users, introduce musicians or animals, select music with excessive volume and, in general, any act that disturbs or causes discomfort to other guests.
  2. Introduce or taste food and drinks in the pool area that have been purchased outside the hotel.
  3. Using the rooms for games of chance prohibited by law or holding meetings that are intended to disturb public order in the complex or incur in contempt by transgressing the laws and regulations in force.
  4. Using the electrical current and mechanical, electronic or digital equipment installed in your room for purposes other than those for which they are intended. The hotel's security measures prohibit the excessive use and misuse of electrical appliances for personal use, so the use of dryers, irons, curling irons and other similar electrical appliances must be done in a moderate way, avoiding causing fires or conflagrations in the room, for which the guest assumes any resulting responsibility in this regard and even the determinant to the existence of negligence or omission for not respecting these regulations.
  5. Causing deterioration of the furniture, decoration or property of the hotel, giving them an inappropriate use to that of its service.
  6. Execute any act that causes damage or harm to the hotel and other guests or is contrary to decorum and social behavior. The hotel reserves the right to terminate the lodging service, when the indicated prohibitions are violated, without the guest causing them having the right to any reduction in their debt for the lodging or services received, being also obliged to pay or compensation for damages or losses caused by their actions.
  7. The guest will not be able to accommodate people other than those registered in their rooms and in any case they will give prior notice to the administration of any variation in the number or identification of the people who originally registered. In no case, the number of people staying in each room may be greater than the capacity assigned by the company to each housing unit.
  8. It is the obligation of the guests to inform the hotel administration of illnesses or contagious diseases, deaths, infractions or crimes that occur in the establishment or in their room itself and these acts are known to them, so that the company can in turn , take the corresponding opportune measures and report immediately to the authority when appropriate; Due to the above and in the case of ordinary illnesses, the hotel may provide immediate support to the guest as provided, with all charges generated for these reasons being at their expense.
