Inside the closet of every room, the guest will find a laundry bag with a format inside where they can select the number of clothes together with the prices and the type of laundry service they want to request.
The format has to be filled in with the guest’s name, room number, agreement signature and they should call any of these extension numbers 7009 / 7010 Concierge, 7000 / 7005 / 7006 Front Desk, or Operator.
The housekeeper should collect the format and the laundry bag and once done, the laundry service will give it back after 24 hours.
The guest can use the laundry machines that are located in the Phase 2 building (next to the gym), with CORAS coins that are given in La Tiendita, with these coins the guest can use the service as they please. Additionally, some room types have a laundry room located in El Encanto building and are on the fourth, fifth, and sixth floors.
